Event Care
Asheville’s stunning scenery makes for the perfect destination for weddings and conferences. It would be our great pleasure to provide special care and services to make your event memorable and a true success.
We offer a variety of temporary childcare for various events such as weddings, parties, conferences, and meetings. Additionally, we provide temporary chefs and party helpers for any type of occasion. Our nannies can tailor special activities for your children and chefs can prepare a savory custom menu for your event.
We will customize services based on the size of your event, provide toys and crafts for children, and tools for a successful event. If you have other event needs, please ask, we will gladly fulfill your request. This service is not limited to Asheville, we welcome all requests from surrounding cities.
Event Childcare
When providing childcare at an event we keep with these ratios in order to best serve the children and families:
Infants/Babies (up to 18 months) 1:1 to 2:1
Toddlers (up to 3 years) 2 to 3:1
Pre-School (up to 5 years) 4 to 5:1
School Age (up to 14 years) 7 to 8:1
Fees
Standard Event: $1250 for up to 12 children and $50 for each additional child. (up to 4 hours and 3 nannies) Themed Events: $1850 for up to 12 children and $75 for each additional child. (up to 4 hours and 3 nannies)
Pricing may vary based on each event as the hours, number of children, ages of children, and number of nannies needed may vary. Please call our office for any special requests and quotes for your event.
