Fees

Below are the fee schedules for the various placements our agency offers for domestic staffing. If you have a specific and unique placement that is not listed here, please contact our office and we would be happy to chat with you about your needs.

Placement Fees

A referral fee of 20% of the employee’s Total Gross/Annual Compensation with a minimum charge of $7,500. Our placements include the following:

  • 60 day replacement period (excluding short-term placements)
  • Standard Criminal Background Investigation
  • Motor Vehicle Report
  • Social Security Verification
  • First Aid and CPR verification
  • Tailored Professional Employment Agreement

Other Household Employees

Placement of other household employees, including but not limited to house managers, butlers, chefs, estate managers, personal assistants, private educators, etc. are on a fee schedule of 25% of the employee’s Total Gross Annual Compensation with a minimum charge of $10,000.

Baby Nurse/Newborn Care Specialist

A referral fee of 20% of the employee’s Gross Wages with a minimum charge of $5,500.

The Windsor Agency reserves the right to change the fee schedule due to special circumstances presented by Clients. 

Babysitting and Hotel Sitting Service

NOTE: AS OF MAY 2025 WE ARE NOT CURRENTLY OFFERING BABYSITTING SERVICES UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE. 

Our babysitting services are currently not being offered due to staffing shortages.

We offer temporary placement of babysitters in all area homes and hotels for families visiting the area. There is a $45 booking fee per day and a $65 booking fee for less than 24-hour notice. There are special rates for requests on major holidays and requests outside the city of Asheville. The client agrees to pay for their service upon the completion of service based on our minimum hourly rate of $25. Special hourly rates may apply in some situations. Please contact us to arrange your next booking!

 A la Carte Services

Client In-home Consultation – $550.00
Tailored Professional Employment Agreement – $500.00
Background Check and DMV Report – $250.00

Hourly rate is available for consulting services.

Ms. McEntire is available for travel to consult with your family on the needs that you have for your household staff – estate/staff assessments, etc. A special fee schedule is available for an in-home consultation with your family.
